What is STOTL?

Who is the founding pilot for?
The initial pilot is for established course creators and independent experts with an existing curriculum, a concrete learner outcome, observable learner work, and a recurring implementation or support problem.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
A general chatbot starts with an open prompt. STOTL is being designed around the creator’s curriculum, outcome, rubric, sequence, and boundaries. Adaptation happens inside that governed frame.
Does STOTL replace the creator or instructor?
No. The creator remains the source authority. STOTL extends teaching capacity; it does not silently rewrite the curriculum or become the final authority for high-stakes decisions.
What exists today?
STOTL is prelaunch. Founding-pilot applications are open. Controlled identity infrastructure has passed preview QA but is not yet public. Curriculum ingestion, adaptive tutoring, evidence review, and creator operations are still being built and validated.
Will STOTL eventually support schools and businesses?
The architecture is subject-agnostic and can extend to institutions and training teams. Those markets are not the first landing-page offer; they require additional administration, privacy, accessibility, reporting, and contracting controls.
