Founding-pilot privacy notice
This notice covers the STOTL prelaunch website and founding-pilot application. It does not describe a public tutoring service or imply regulatory certification.
Operator and contact
STOTL is a prelaunch product of TyberSoft LLC. Questions, access requests, and deletion requests may be sent to admin@tybersoft.net.
Application information
The pilot application collects name, work email, creator role, optional organization and course platform, learner-volume range, intended course outcome, observable learner work, support bottleneck, pilot-readiness confirmation, communications consent, submission source, and campaign parameters when present.
How the information is used
TyberSoft uses the information to evaluate pilot fit, prevent abuse, contact applicants, prepare a scoped pilot proposal when appropriate, and understand demand for STOTL. Applying does not guarantee selection or access.
Anonymous analytics
Anonymous click and scroll analytics remain disabled until a visitor explicitly allows them. Analytics events do not include form answers, names, or email addresses. Visitors may change that preference from the website footer.
Storage and access
Application records are stored in the site’s protected database and are intended to be accessible only to authorized STOTL operators. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The founding-pilot application is for adult creators and instructors. It is not intended for children under 13, and STOTL does not currently offer public learner accounts.
Retention and deletion
Application records are retained while relevant to pilot selection, communications, security, or legal obligations. Applicants may request access or deletion through the operator contact above, subject to applicable obligations.
Product changes
STOTL remains in development. This notice will be revised before the product collects curriculum, learner conversations, educational records, or other production tutoring data.
